Property Description
South Oxford Street is a modern four bedroom flat (with HMO license for 4 students). It’s situated in the Newington area of Edinburgh’s City Centre.
All bedrooms feature double beds. Additionally, each bedroom has a wardrobe and desk/chair. The living/dining room is perfect to relax in, in the evening whilst the spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking equipment, full size fridge freezer and washing machine. The bathroom has a full bath with electric shower. Furthermore, the flat benefits from gas central heating and hot water on demand.
You will be staying in a fantastic area of Edinburgh, within a short walk of various local amenities. As well as a variety of local supermarkets, there is an abundance of cafes, bars and shops all within a couple minutes of your doorstep. This means although public transport is excellent in Edinburgh, most amenities are within a short walk. This includes the University of Edinburgh which is around a 10 minute walk.
The flat is primarily available to students throughout the academic year. This means when timing permits, the flat can be booked by those visiting Edinburgh in the summer, whether that’s as a tourist, holiday maker or visitor/performer of the Fringe Festival.
