Cleaning Service

Our cleaning-only service is aimed at those owners who like to keep control of their own bookings and payments but don’t have time to service their property or don’t live in Edinburgh. We can’t give you a confirmed price before seeing the property however as a guide:

1 bedroom – £55 – 70
2 bedroom – £60 – 80
3 bedroom – £70 – 120
4 bedroom – £80 – 150
5 bedroom – £100 – 200

The cleaning costs will depend on the size and style of property as well as the number and types of beds. We offer a fixed price service and will never charge for add-ons such as use of a sofa bed or extra towels provided.

Owners who take our full management service will see a reductions in the cleaning costs stated above.

All costs include:

• Cleaning
• Cleaning products
• Hotel quality white bed linen
• Bath sheets (large), hand towels and bath mats
• Guest consumable items – hand soap, toilet paper, washing liquid and all other essential items
• (Optional) Toiletries
• (Optional) Scottish welcome hamper
